This pedal works perfectly. No cosmetic damage observed. I bought this to use for a band that dissolved pretty soon afterward, ironically. I haven't needed it since. I bought it off eBay. It's sat in the box for two years. Hopefully someone who will perform onstage with this wins the auction. Good luck, bidders. The Power Supply is included, along with the users manual.
