You are looking at a vintage Boss DM-2 analog delay pedal. This pedal's serial number dates it to August of 1982. The casing of this pedal definitely shows some wear and tear in the form of paint chips, scuffs, and scratches, but I can only assume this is a defense mechanism to keep you away from one of the best sounding delays you'll ever come across! Beautiful, lush repeats up to 330 milliseconds, which makes this one perfect for everything from Rockabilly slapback to spacier, more ambient sounds and everything in between! This particular pedal features the MN3205 bucket brigade chip, with the MN3102 clock driver. You'll see plenty of listings touting the earlier chip / clock driver combo, but anybody that tells you there's any sort of major difference between that combo and this one is totally a virgin. I've had both and this one sounds just as good as any other DM-2 I've come across. I tested this pedal extensively with a battery and it passed with flying colors. I do not have the old Boss AC adapter that the DM-2 requires, so I couldn't test it with a power supply. There is a bit of velcro on the bottom of the pedal where it was attached to a pedal board. This is a truly excellent delay pedal and the DM-2 is worthy of all the hype. You will not be disappointed! I ship via USPS Priority Mail the day after I receive payment, so you'll get this one FAST!
